By providing your mobile phone number to a SafeEvac system administrator, you confirm your agreement to the SafeEvac SMS Program Terms and Conditions and the SafeEvac Privacy Policy. Your phone number will be added to the SafeEvac notification system with your explicit verbal permission, and you will receive text messages from SafeEvac containing critical emergency and evacuation notifications on the mobile device that is personally owned by you.

You represent that you have the authority to agree to receive SMS messages on the telephone number that you provided to us. Message frequency depends upon system activity and emergency events, and is not regularly scheduled. Standard message and data rates may apply. SMS messaging is not available in all areas. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported. SafeEvac and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Purpose of SMS Notifications

The SafeEvac SMS notification system is used exclusively for distributing emergency and evacuation-related messages to its users. This system will never be used for:

1. Sales or promotional messages

2. Advertising or marketing communications

3. Tracking or location monitoring

4. Any non-emergency communications

Messages sent through this system are limited to critical safety information, emergency alerts, evacuation instructions, and facility notifications that directly impact your safety and well-being.

Your Rights and Options

The SafeEvac SMS notification system is used exclusively for distributing emergency and evacuation-related messages to its users. This system will never be used for:

1. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to +1-866-735-0053. You may also contact your facility administrator to have your phone number removed from the system, or update your notification preferences in your account settings.

2. To restart receiving messages, text START to +1-866-735-0053 after you have previously opted out.

3. For help or information, text HELP to +1-866-735-0053, or contact your facility administrator or SafeEvac support.

4. For additional assistance, contact customer service or access online support through your facility administrator.

Data Collection and Privacy

Your phone number is collected verbally by a SafeEvac system administrator and added to the system only with your explicit verbal permission. We maintain strict privacy standards and will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering critical emergency notifications.
